With a background as a former CHRO and HR Head of multiple organisations as well as the India Managing Director of a leading French haute couture fashion organisation, Michael uniquely blends strategic HR insights with business dynamics.

An alumni of the prestigious management institute XLRI, Michael's experience of leading multicultural teams in diverse global organizations across India, US, France, China, Italy, Egypt, Singapore, UAE, Thailand and Sri Lanka mined his expertise as a transformative leader, driving organizational growth, and fostering strategic alliances.
